Going to watch our guys play flag football has been one of the best things this fall. I look forward to each and every game! Even though we leave the house around 8:00 :)
The games are exciting and since there are actual plays and positions, everyone gets chances to actually have the ball. Score is kept, which Brandon loves, but the big emphasis is learning the game and working as a team. I love it!
Brandon had two big runs today. Each time he was stopped on the one yard line...GAH! He took it well though and was proud to have advanced his team's position. They won their game.

Nick did well too! He had a chance to play quarterback and call some plays. This was new for him and he had fun!
He got to be defensive captain again. Watching him line everyone up and pull the defensive team together just cracks me up ;)
Here he is huddling his team to give the play when he had a chance at quarterback. I really think bossing people around is a bit exciting for him ;)
It was a fun morning! And even though it was cold, the sun was gorgeous and the games were exciting. It's a great way to start our Saturdays!
